Arun was informative and friendly every step of the way. He diagnosed the problem with my netbook and generally the reason I've had problems with all three netbooks I've previously bought. He downloaded a program to help me maintain my netbook and provided instructions on how to use it and also gave me a list of non-netbook options that would suit my needs.
